Cytotec (Misoprostol) - a synthetic derivative of prostaglandin E1.
Cytotec (Misoprostol) is used to prevent stomach ulcers while you take NSAIDs (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen).
Causes contraction of myometrial smooth muscle and an increase in cervical cancer.
